What is HealthCentreApp?

HealthCentreApp is a digital health platform designed for low and middle income countries where national digital health systems are weak or do not exist. It helps citizens find care providers, organise health information, and connect with support as features roll out.
Some modules are live today, and others are clearly labelled as coming soon.
Is HealthCentreApp an emergency or clinical service?
Available now
No. HealthCentreApp does not provide emergency or clinical services. It provides digital tools to support how people find care and manage information. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
What can I do today, and what is coming soon?

What plans are available?

We offer a Free plan and subscription plans. Some features depend on your plan and your country.
- Free: core public service features.
- Standard: subscription plan for individuals.
- Premium: enhanced individual plan.
Organisation and national programmes are quote based.
How much does it cost in Nigeria?

Pricing varies by country. In Nigeria, our target pricing is:
- Standard: from ₦10,000 per year
- Premium: ₦20,000 per year
Prices may change over time. The Service will show the applicable price before purchase or renewal.
Which features require Standard or Premium?

Some advanced features will require Standard or Premium. For example:
- Monetisation features will require Standard or Premium.
- Some AI supported features may be introduced by plan and rollout stage.
- ChildHealth profiles may be introduced on Premium first.
Final eligibility will be shown inside the Service at launch.
Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your personal data.

Who can see my health information?

You control what you enter and what you share. Where sharing features are available, access will be consent based. If you choose to share with a care organisation, a community practitioner, or a consultant, you can limit and revoke access.

Why do map results open in Google Maps?
Available now
The Find care providers feature generates a Google Maps search query and opens results in a new tab. This allows you to use Google Maps coverage and directions.
We display Powered by Google where relevant. Google results are governed by Google policies.
What if I do not want to share my current location?
Available now
You can refuse location access and still search by selecting a previous location saved on your device, or by choosing a country, state, and town.
Why did Google Maps not open?
Available now
Your browser may have blocked popups. Try tapping Search again, or allow popups for this site.
If you are on mobile, make sure you have a browser and Google Maps installed if you prefer the app experience.
Is AI available today?

AI supported features are coming soon. We will publish updates before launch.

Will you use my data to train AI models?

We do not intend to use your data to train public AI models. If we introduce model improvement using user data in the future, we will explain it clearly and provide appropriate choices.

Does AI replace a clinician?

No. AI does not replace a clinician. It is designed to support understanding and preparation.

What does Coming soon mean on Editions and Community pages?

Coming soon means the feature is planned and information is available, but the service workflow is not yet live. We share information early so citizens, partners, and donors can prepare and engage.
How will Monetise work?

Monetise will allow eligible users to earn through a unique referral code and by helping local businesses place adverts on our platform. Payout rules will be shown at launch. Qualified community practitioners may receive higher rates.
Monetise is planned for Standard and Premium users.
How do I become a Community DigitalHealth Practitioner (CdHP)?

CdHP is a coming soon initiative. It is designed to train local citizens to support vulnerable citizens with onboarding and safe use of digital health tools.
Training details will be published during rollout. For early interest, contact us using the subject CdHP training.
How will vouchers work for diaspora and employers?
Feature coming soon
Vouchers will be used to help others pay for HealthCentreApp subscriptions so they can use digital health tools to manage their health.
- Diaspora give back: support individuals or families by funding subscriptions.
- Corporate health benefits: employers can provide vouchers so staff can activate subscriptions.
Bulk purchasing and reporting options will be introduced during rollout. Organisations can contact us for early discussions. Contact us about corporate vouchers
How will Sponsorship and adverts work?

Sponsorship will allow organisations to place adverts on our site that appear on the HealthCentreApp homepage. Advertisers will have a dashboard to create and manage adverts as the feature rolls out.
How do organisations, resellers, and national programmes work?

We support public service access through the Global Edition and plan partner delivery through Licence and National Editions. Organisation and national programmes are quote based and can be phased.
- Licence Edition: partners and resellers can deliver HealthCentreApp services locally.
- National Edition: country specific programmes can start small and scale.
How can users connect with consultants overseas?

Consultant support is coming soon. The goal is to help users access guidance from approved professionals, especially where local support is limited. Any sharing will be consent based and safety controlled.
