CareConnect chats and appointment links
Coming soon

CareConnect is the secure conversation space used for care coordination, including appointments created in CareDiary. Participants join using a secure link and can view the agreed Summary Medical Record (SMR) for the appointment.

How it will work:

  1. The organiser creates an appointment in CareDiary and selects the SMR to share.
  2. Participants receive a one time link by email or WhatsApp.
  3. Opening the link takes them into CareConnect, where they can chat and view the shared SMR.
  4. After the appointment, the organiser records the outcome and next steps for the appointment.
  5. For repeat appointments, earlier outcomes can be referenced as history.

What you can do now:

  • Use Find care providers to locate support in your area.
  • Prepare a short summary of your current symptoms, medications, and concerns.
  • Contact us if you want to join a pilot for CareConnect.

ChildHealth and child profiles (dependants)
Coming soon

ChildHealth will allow an adult account to manage a child profile as a dependant, with the same privacy and safety principles applied.

Expected approach:

  • Child profiles are managed under an adult account until age 16, when the child can create their own account and transfer their health history.
  • Each child profile is billed at the same rate as the adult profile.
  • Where supported, you can switch between Adult and Child using a profile selector.

Likely areas where a profile selector will be available:

  • Core care modules (records, requests, and appointment chat)
  • AI guidance tools (where enabled)
  • Appointments and follow ups
  • Monitoring tools for children (where enabled)

What you can do now:

  • Keep a simple record of vaccinations, allergies, and key milestones.
  • Contact us if you want to join early testing for ChildHealth.
