Last updated: 18/02/2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of HealthCentreApp websites, web apps, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

HealthCentreApp does not provide emergency or clinical medical services. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Quick links:

1) About the Service

HealthCentreApp provides digital tools to help users manage and organise health related information, connect with support, and find care providers using third party map services. Some features may be labelled “Coming soon” and may not be available yet.

We may introduce new features, update existing features, or discontinue features. We will try to do this in a way that is fair and transparent.

2) Eligibility

3) Accounts and security

4) Health information and AI features

The Service may allow you to store health information and use AI supported features (for example, symptom guidance or summaries). These tools are provided for informational support only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You control what you enter and what you share. If the Service asks for consent to access records or summaries, you can refuse or withdraw consent.

5) Location services and Google Maps

If you use “Find care providers”, you can choose to use your current location, a previous location saved on your device, or a manually selected location. When you open map results, your search query and location context may be processed by Google Maps or another third party service.

Third party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control third party search results, availability, or accuracy.

Powered by Google is displayed where relevant.

6) Plans, editions, and pricing

We may offer different plans and editions, including public service and subscription plans. Some editions or community initiatives may be “Coming soon”.

Prices, features, and eligibility may change. We will display the applicable price before you purchase or renew.

7) Payments, renewals, and refunds

8) Community features, adverts, vouchers, and monetisation

The Service may include community and partner features such as community practitioners (CdHP), vouchers, adverts, sponsorship, and monetisation. These features may be provided on an invite, approval, or eligibility basis and may be labelled “Coming soon”.

9) Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

We may investigate misuse and take action including suspension or termination.

10) Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding content you upload) are owned by HealthCentreApp or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with these Terms.

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it only to provide the Service and as you instruct.

11) Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

12) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

13) Suspension and termination

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a UK consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the UK courts where you live. Otherwise, disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
